    I must REALLY be missing crossfit because I looked at the workout/pictures and thought, “Oh, that looks fun!” What’s a chinnie?

    I did 10 minutes of TGU’s today after running just for “old-time’s sake”

    Once a CrossFitter, always a CrossFitter! We did have fun today, and missed having you there. A chinnie is sometimes called a bicycle, hands behind your head, knees to elbows, left, right, etc. We definitely felt those abs today!
