    Before the peanut gallery starts in, Natalie made me do that pose for my 1 year anniversary. It’s hard to believe I have been abusing my body at CrossFit Corps for one year now. How awesome is that!? All I can say to the newbies is that is can be done. You can look and feel better with hard work and dedication and better eating habits. Of course, it always helps when Natalie “whips” you into shape. :) Thanks Nat and crew for always pushing me.
