Where do I begin, way to go for those performing planks with Lauren on board, and snaps all around for Gene planking Jeremy, sorry I didnt get that one in a pic! Pat, thanks for bringing out the inner clubber in our CrossFitters today, you all know you loved it, I saw many a moves being busted! Gerrick, way to go, no need to put your all into getting a paper towel! :) Great wod today everyone, hope you had as much fun as I did. (I know, you had more, sometimes it sucks being the trainer!) I love our Corps of CrossFitters!

That’s the way a Saturday workout should be. Bust ass Monday-Friday, and have a fun team workout on Saturday to start the weekend. Good job everyone, and see you next week.

Great comaraderie team! Kudos to Nat for making it fun while we drain ourselves of the last bit of energy of the week. My first time flipping tires and was that insane. Thanks for the encouragement, Jeremy. I love that pose in the group pic. Brilliant. Look forward to many more WODs with you all.
