Teams of three:
60 Seconds of plyo Squats
60 Seconds of plank hold (with or without Lauren or Jeremy on your back!)
60 Seconds medball dead lift back toss
5RFT, Each team member performs each exercise five times.

Where do I begin, way to go for those performing planks with Lauren on board, and snaps all around for Gene planking Jeremy, sorry I didnt get that one in a pic! Pat, thanks for bringing out the inner clubber in our CrossFitters today, you all know you loved it, I saw many a moves being busted! Gerrick, way to go, no need to put your all into getting a paper towel!

Great comaraderie team! Kudos to Nat for making it fun while we drain ourselves of the last bit of energy of the week. My first time flipping tires and was that insane. Thanks for the encouragement, Jeremy. I love that pose in the group pic. Brilliant. Look forward to many more WODs with you all.
