Try CrossFit!

Are you new to CrossFit and want to see what the hype is all about? Join us on Saturday mornings at 9am for your FREE introductory WOD (Workout of the day)! All fitness levels are welcome! Bring a Friend. Make sure you bring water, good energy and your positivity!

You can also drop into the gym during any of the scheduled classes to check us out! Your first three workouts are free!

We are currently running a New Year special for $99 per month. We have multiple payment choices, so stop on in and ask about them!

New members

Classes will be scaled as needed to ensure proper form and execution! This which will lead to safe and positive, long-term CrossFit experience.  It is also important for clients to understand the CrossFit Methodology and how to apply it to exercise as well as daily life. This will be taught by your coaches!
