New members

Classes will be scaled as needed to ensure proper form and execution of the 9 essential CrossFit exercises, which will lead to a much more positive, long-term CrossFit experience.  It is also important for the client to understand the CrossFit Methodology and how to apply it to exercise as well as daily life.
