Schedule

Monday – Friday

  • 5:30 a.m. (By appt. only!)
  • 10:30 a.m.
  • 12:00 p.m.
  • 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm open gym (scheduled classes at 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm)
  • PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY FOR WARMUP!

Saturday

  • 9:00 a.m (Bring a friend!)

Sunday

  • Rest Day (No workouts)

FREE Saturday Workout:

  • Come try your first WOD (Workout of the Day) for FREE every Saturday morning at 9 a.m.  Bring a friend and see what all the hype is about. Can’t make a Saturday, give us a call and we’ll set up a time that will work for you.  It’s fun, challenging, and very effective!

 CrossFit Kids Corps:

  •    Monday thru Thursday at 4pm, Saturday at 10:15am.
